Quai du Mont Blanc
We never really know what to wear on those in between fall days, right? It's super cold in the morning, then really warm in the afternoon, and then very very cold again, which makes it pretty hard to dress up for an entire day out. Do I wanna wear a skirt or pants? Do I really need that scarf? And what about that coat?
One of the keys to the problem is l-a-y-e-r-i-n-g. You've probably all heard about it, I know, it's nothing new but it works so well! Just wear a top, and then maybe a cardigan over it and then a third layer, such as a trench coat. Got mine from Topshop, I found it on Zalando (yay!) and I am so happy about it! It's just perfect for those kind of days. The third layer that keeps you warm just the right amount and yet is light enough to carry around if it's too hot to be wearing it.
And then if you're really not sure about the weather you can always take your scarf in your bag - believe me, a scarf can definitely save you once the sun has set!
(Reading my text again makes me realize that I talk about the weather a lot and NO, I am not the kind of person who actually enjoys talking about the weather... I find it so annoying! But here I found the subject pretty appropriate as I guess a lot of us are going through the same, kind of twister weather phase these days)
--- I'm wearing:
COAT: Topshop via Zalando
JEANS: Paige (similar or budget)
BOOTS: Sigerson Morrison (similar or budget)
BAG: Sophie Hulme via Young British Designers (budget)
