I've always loved being in the mountains. Growing up in Switzerland, I used to spend a lot of time up there, all year round. My parents have a chalet and part of my fam lives in a mountain village, so I went almost every weekend when I was a child, and I loved it. There's something so relaxing about the mountains. You're away from the stressful life of busy cities, surrounded by nature, you can see the stars and sleep in without being bothered by the sound of cars in the street.

At the moment I cannot go as often as I wish I could, but it's still always a pleasure to be back in the mountains! At the beginning of the month Luca and I were lucky to be invited again by The Alpina Gstaad, which is honestly one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever seen. Everything about this place is cozy, and luxurious but in a very simple, not over-the-top way. I just love it. If you'd like to see more about it here's a little vlog I filmed while we were there :)
