The magic of a beautiful watch
As you may have heard, Switzerland is known for three things: chocolate, cheese, and watches. It's no secret - in this teeny tiny country in the middle of the mountains, we do make some of the best watches in the world. Both the passion and patience that go into making these little time tellers is what makes them so special. Every year, when we go to Baselworld (Switzerland's biggest watch fair) I come back home and a few watches have made it to the top of my wish list. I think that having a beautiful watch on your wrist is super cool, just like a statement bag it's something that you can wear everyday and that will always make you feel a bit special.
This year we got the chance to work with Swiss watch manufacturer Carl F. Bucherer around the launch of their new Manero line, which I personally fell in love with! I am so much more into big chunky watches that are usually presented as "men watches" than into the skinny, super delicate ones. There's something super laid back and yet so classy about wearing an oversized watch, don't you think?
Anyway, I hope that you guys will like these few pictures! It was lots of fun shooting them in the heart of the Swiss mountains near Lucerne. Wish you all a great day, and see you soon :)
